To do so in a descriptive survey, the models provided by Robbins and Hunsaker and by Allen and Meyer were use to measure interpersonal communicating skills and organizational commitment respectively. The used tool was questionnaire. The statistical alliance included public organizations in Qom city among which two organizations were selected randomly . sampling was also conducted randomly in twain organizations. Finally, 106 individuals responded to questionnaire items. The findings of the research exhibition that among existing skills in the model, notwithstanding aggroup building skill has a significant relation with organizational commitment.
